The Children's Museum can be visited through online reservations on the official website.

The recommended age for the Children's Museum is preschoolers to elementary school students.
Reservations can be made starting at 9 a.m. on the 1st day of the month prior to the visit date.
- (Example) Reservations for May 2025 open from 5 PM on Monday, February 24, 2025
The number of visitors is limited to 50 per session (including children and accompanying adults).
- Children under 36 months are included in the reservation count
- For individual visits, one adult is required for every four children.
- For group visits, one adult is required for every ten children.
Reservations will be automatically canceled if entry is not made within 10 minutes of the session start time.
On-site reservations for unclaimed spots (cancelled tickets) are available 10 minutes after session start time.
- On-site reservation availability depends on same-day cancellations
- Visitors can stay only until the end of the designated session from the time of entry.
Phone reservations and cancellations are not available.

Visitor Guidelines

Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian or supervisor.
Adults without children are not permitted entry.
Group visits require at least one adult chaperone for every 10 children to enter.
Items that may pose a safety risk (e.g., long umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks) are not allowed inside.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the exhibition halls. Water or drinks can only be consumed outside the exhibition area.
Please use the lockers located in front of the Children's Museum for storing personal belongings.
Strollers can be stored in the designated storage area in front of the Children's Museum.
Visitors are advised to keep valuables (e.g., wallets, jewelry) with them at all times. The National Incheon Marine Museum will not be held responsible for any lost items.
