Collection Viewing
- Examining collections for research purposes.
Duplication of Collection Materials
- Photographing, rubbing, replicating, imitating, or precisely measuring collections, or using image files of the museum's materials.
Items Available for Viewing and Reproduction
- Materials from the collection of the National Incheon Marine Museum.
Application Method
- Please fill out the 'Material Reproduction/Viewing Permission Application Form' below and send it to the staff email.
- If you need to postpone viewing or reproduction for unavoidable reasons, please send the 'Material Viewing/Reproduction Postponement Application Form' to the staff email.

Reception and Permission
- Submitted applications will be reviewed according to internal regulations, and you will be notified of the permission decision.
- If the preservation condition of the collection is vulnerable, access and reproduction may be restricted.
Compliance Matters
- The copyright and other legal rights of photographs taken during access must be transferred to the museum.
- Secondary reproduction, such as use beyond the approved purpose or transfer to others, is prohibited for reproduced or accessed materials.
- When using reproduced materials, it must be specified that they belong to the National Incheon Marine Museum.
- For safe management of artifacts, you must follow the guidance of our staff, and violations of these terms may result in permission restrictions.
Duplication Fees
However, duplication fees may be waived in the following cases

- When reproduced by national or local governments, or by media organizations for publicity and reporting purposes
- When registered museums, art galleries, or science centers duplicate materials for exhibition or research purposes.
- When educational institutions reproduce materials for educational purposes
- When non-profit academic institutions reproduce materials for research purposes
- When the director acknowledges other special reasons
