Greetings! I am Woo Dong-sik, the Director of the National Incheon Marine Museum.

The National Incheon Marine Museum is the first national maritime cultural facility in the metropolitan area,
located along the beautiful shores of Wolmido.

Our museum aims to go beyond simply preserving and documenting maritime heritage. It aspires to be a space that reflects
the present and envisions the future, serving as the heart of maritime culture and a special place connecting the sea and people.

To this end, we offer diverse experiences in our permanent exhibition halls, children’s museum, immersive video rooms, and special exhibition halls,
where visitors can see, feel, and learn about the sea. Additionally, we have created spaces for relaxation, such as a library where you can read while
enjoying the view of the blue ocean and terraces where you can feel the sea breeze, ensuring a comfortable and delightful visit for everyone.

Moving forward, we will develop the National Incheon Marine Museum into not only a venue for showcasing maritime history and heritage but also a space where culture and education converge to create the future of maritime culture. By working together with our dedicated staff, we aim to grow into a world-class maritime museum that instills pride and joy in all visitors.
